My ONT has other lights as well. What do they mean?

Depending on your make, model and features, your ONT may have other LED lights displaying the connection status of other connections, including ports such as telephone (TEL), television (CATV), USB, as well as your Wireless network (WLAN).

If any of the lights on the ONT are off even when the port is being used, or showing colours other than green, check that all cables are securely connected and that all connected devices are powered on.

Turning your device off and on again may also rectify the problem.

For a detailed lights guide on the range of ONTs we provide, please view the section below.
